We are a multi-agency Partnership dedicated to working together to further reduce collisions and casualties on the roads of Gloucestershire. Our overall objective is to achieve the Government’s 2010 casualty reduction targets through collaborative working:
- A 40% reduction in the number of fatal and serious road casualties;
- A 50% reduction in the number of road casualties involving children; and
- A 10% reduction in slight casualties.
The Partnership brings together, under one roof, road safety professionals from the following partners:
- Gloucestershire County Council,
- Gloucestershire Constabulary,
- Gloucestershire Fire & Rescue Service,
- Gloucestershire Highways, and
- Other parties who support and deliver road safety services.
