hand-held speed guns

Emma was ashamed later when she was stopped as part of an educational campaign run in conjunction with the police, for using a hand held mobile phone while driving
Instead of penalty points and a fine, Emma was offered the opportunity to undertake a test which was designed to prove that she couldn’t concentrate on
